As a Sr. UX Designer you will design innovated solutions for a new service RealNetworks is bringing to market enhancing consumer media experience and interaction. Work with new and prospective customers to design their solutions using this new service. Use your creativity to design new experiences across tablets, phones, PCs, connected TVs and other devices. Participate as a key member in a small start-up like team at RealNetworks.

What you will own, build and be held accountable for:
•Develop user experience including information architecture, interaction models and wireframes for new consumer facing products and widgets that are sold into production studios, content distributors and networks.
•Create visual design, graphic production and specifications for customer specific implementations, either during the pre-sales phase or during the project phase
•Perform informal and formal usability tests to ensure designs meet and exceed end user expectations; work with vendors to recruit participants, prep materials and facilitate tests in an in-house lab, then analyze and report results
•Stay current on industry design trends, attend design conferences and communicate new paradigms to the rest of the video team to ensure RealNetworks stays competitive and innovative in the space

Candidates Must Have:
BS/BA in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related design field
• Prior experience reating consumer facing media and entertainment web or mobile applications
• Proven project leadership in UX design
• Previous Mobile User design
• A design portfolio showing strong creative skills, ability to generate outstanding design ideas, and thorough understanding of good design process
• Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Adobe creative suite or Omnigraffle
