CIBER has an opening for a Usability Specialist, contract, Bothell

Reqirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Factors
- Understanding of proper usability terminology
- Experience running a study and developing study plans
- Experience with questionnaires
- 1-2 years job experience is preferred but recent college graduate with internship/academic project experience is ok
 
Work will be in Bothell in the usability lab.   
- Requirements
- Developing the test plan
- Fine tuning the test plan to define scope of study
- Perform field study
- Conduct persona interviews
- Perform contextual study
- Perform heuristic evaluations
- Help to develop the type of study to be performed thru the test plan
- They will also help to schedule the study, conduct pre/post tasks, create goals of the study, and determine methods for evaluation
- Execute on the study: facilitate, develop questionnaires, and run the study (either by video, observation, wireframes, or questionnaires)
- Consolidate data from the study: analyze data, generate report, and create an executive PowerPoint deck for high level mgmt
- They will also perform debriefs of the studies
 
In addition:
- They will review "use", "discoverability", "wireframes", and "user interface"
- They will sit in with various stakeholders while they are taking calls - ie call center
