have developed a hands-on workshop that draws inspiration from the festival's theme of health while teaching practical methodologies that are valuable to any design challenge, health or otherwise.
About the workshop
Technology’s rapid pace of change often leads social and policy changes as systems and people stuck in old ways are incentivized to keep up. In order for healthcare to move forward, innovation and disruption will be key, and digital is the platform. Experience designers, interaction designers, and developers can use agile and lean methodologies to bring a working product to the market rapidly. This workshop will teach methods and offer real-time practice in navigating agile development in a collaborative, effective manner.
This workshop is for design students and professionals as well as individuals curious about design-thinking and exploration. No experience or preparation is required.
