Shelley Evenson Service Innovation Tutorial Report
Shelley's tutorial was a rousing success. Shelley engaged the group with examples of service innovation, it's importance to business, and showed examples of the methods and techniques that she's found useful. Then, she took the group into an interactive session where they created service solution concepts related to travel. The sessions were fun and a great way to understand some of the methods. One the participants comments was "I do ideation sessions all the time, and we got more out of this one than most of those put together".
