User experience is critical to Concur’s future and we are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating brilliant user centered designs that delight Concur’s millions of Expense and Invoice users worldwide. This position is mainly focused on Invoice.

 

The UX Designer reports to the Manager of UX Design – Spend. The team’s principal focus is designing a simple experience of a broad and deep product with emphasis on usability and efficiency. We accommodate a multitude of configurations of the same feature that can make for exciting design challenges to solve. You will ensure that your designs meet a high standard of usability and design excellence from visioning work to design iterations to spec through an Agile process.

    What you will do in this role:

  • Create and drive for the best possible and accessible user experience designs of Invoice’s major features
  • Create deliverables as needed: creative briefs, story maps, user journeys, flows, wireframes, high fidelity comps, prototypes, specifications
  • Collaborate with other designers on your product area and the pattern/styles team
  • Collaborate with Agile team members to build
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback
  • Support the UX Researchers by collaborating on their test plan and  provide prototypes for studies

     

    Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a key member of a UI/UX team through the design and product development cycle of several successfully launched web applications
  • Portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for experience design
  • Strong knowledge of Axure and Sketch for prototyping and spec-ing and Adobe Creative Suite products
